Where personal data is processed outside the UK, we use providers whose terms include the safeguards UK data protection law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
4. Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it (including marketing, at any time), or move it to another provider. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
5. Children
At our events, under-18s may appear on the leaderboard by name and age category only. Contact details for prizes are taken from a parent or guardian.
